How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime through your device settings:

• iOS: Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → Crepz → Cancel
• Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Crepz → Cancel

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google through their respective app stores. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com (iOS) or Google Play Subscriptions (Android).

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Data & Privacy → Delete Account in the app. Your data will be removed within 30 days. Note: deleting your account does not cancel active subscriptions.

What subscription plans are available?

• Free: 20 searches per month
• Premium: 70 searches per month, save up to 10 sneakers
• Pro: 300 searches per month, save up to 30 sneakers

How does Crepz use my data?
