1. How to Cancel Your Subscription
Via iPhone Settings (iOS users):
- Open Settings
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Select "Crepz"
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
Via Google Play (Android users):
- Open Google Play Store
- Tap your profile picture
- Tap "Payments & subscriptions"
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Select "Crepz" and cancel
2. What Happens After Cancellation
- You keep access until the end of your billing period
- Your saved trainers remain accessible
- Account reverts to Free tier (20 searches/month)
- You can resubscribe anytime
3. Refunds
All refunds are handled by Apple or Google through their respective app stores.
- iOS users: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support
- Android users: Visit Google Play Subscriptions or contact Google Play Support
4. Account Deletion
Important: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel subscriptions. Please cancel via your device Settings first.
After deletion:
- Data removed within 30 days
- Active subscription continues until cancelled
