By downloading, accessing, or using the Crepz app or website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Crepz is an AI-powered mobile application that helps users find and discover trainers (sneakers) from UK retailers. The Service includes photo-based outfit analysis, AI-generated recommendations, and links to third-party retailer websites.

3. Important: Recommendation Service Only

Crepz is a recommendation and discovery service only. We do not sell, ship, or fulfil any products.

When you click a link to purchase a product, you are leaving Crepz and transacting directly with a third-party retailer. Your purchase is governed entirely by that retailer's terms and conditions.

Crepz has no control over and accepts no responsibility for:

Product availability, pricing, or stock levels
Product quality, authenticity, or accuracy of descriptions
Shipping, delivery times, or delivery issues
Returns, refunds, or exchanges
Payment processing or security
Customer service or dispute resolution
Any other aspect of your transaction with the retailer

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use the Service.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

5. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or infringes others' rights
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service
Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code

7. User-Generated Content

When you upload photos for outfit analysis, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process these images for the purpose of providing recommendations. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Crepz Limited and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

9. Third-Party Links and Retailers

The Service contains links to third-party retailer websites. We are not responsible for:

The content, products, or services offered by third-party retailers
The accuracy of product information, pricing, or availability
Any transactions you conduct with third-party retailers
The privacy practices of third-party websites

Your use of third-party websites is governed by their respective terms and conditions.

10. Affiliate Disclosure

Crepz may earn commission when you purchase through our links. This does not affect the price you pay or our recommendations. We recommend products based on our AI analysis, not commission rates.

11. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
You can cancel anytime through your App Store settings
Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy

12. AI Accuracy Disclaimer

Our AI-powered features, including trainer identification from photos, may not always be accurate. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

You acknowledge and agree that:

The AI may fail to recognise, misidentify, or provide incorrect information about trainers/sneakers
Recommendations are AI-generated suggestions, not professional advice
Product images, names, and details may not match the actual products at retailers
Pricing and availability information may be outdated or incorrect
You should not rely solely on AI recommendations for purchasing decisions
We do not guarantee that recommendations will match your preferences or expectations

Always verify product details directly with the retailer before making a purchase.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crepz Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crepz Limited from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
